Annual Exhibition Open to All Artists

This Annual exhibition is open to all artists over the age of 18.  Dimension is a juried exhibition held in the fall. Entries are submitted electronically (CD/DVD) only.

All Membership Exhibition:

Annual Spring juried exhibition of art, open to all Art Center members.   Each member entrant must submit 2 pieces, with 1 piece guaranteed acceptance.

Independent Show

An Annual exhibition exclusively for Art Center members who are NOT members of any Art Center affiliated group.  A committee of independent member artists organizes this exhibit.  Call for Entry

Group Exhibit

Each Art Center affiliated group holds an annual exhibition at the Center.  Group members must also be Art Center members to participate in the exhibitions.  Members of our affiliated groups are not eligible to participate in the Independents Show.

Members Gallery

Each member, as a benefit of membership, may show for sale 2 pieces of their art in the Members Gallery for a nominal monthly submission fee of $8 for 1 piece or $12 for 2 pieces.

Art is changed out on the SECOND SATURDAY of each month. The same piece of art may be on view for a maximum of 3 months (regardless, the fee is due monthly). Sales from the Members Gallery are split 30/70 with 30% going to support the Center.

Artists may petition to be considered for an exhibition (after one full calendar year of membership).  Exhibitions are scheduled at least one year in advance.  Join Now!

To request consideration, please submit:

• Letter of intent describing proposal of exhibit

• Bio/CV and Artist Statement

• 10-20 images of artwork on a CD in jpg format. Images should show a cohesive body of work directly related to the proposed exhibit.

• Image list including size & medium

• Optional: Support materials, catalogs, exhibition reviews, etc. (2 max.)

• Optional: Self-addressed stamped envelope if you want materials returned.

You will be contacted if your work has been selected for exhibition; the Exhibit Committee reviews artwork approximately twice a year. Please allow up to six months for notification.

A petitioning artist pays for a portion of exhibition costs such as announcement printing, postage, and installation costs, reception etc.  Because each show is different, costs vary and will be discussed after acceptance and scheduling.

Artists may speak about their artwork or give a demo at the First Friday ArtWalk event and/or at the opening reception.
